This is an Annual fundraiser and is always scheduled for the 3rd Thursday in March; This years date is Thursday, March 19 3pm till … We invite anyone to come join in a fun evening of fellowship and festivities…from the run to Open House…Bonfire Peprally and Chili dinner. If you are looking to learn more about our school this is great time to meet and visit!
What is the money used for?
The money from this fundraiser will be used towards the 2020-2021 school year. It will be used in any and all areas to help keep tuition at a minimum. From supplies for classrooms, office and teachers…to helping with monthly utilities and so forth. This money also helps offset discounts that are given to families with more than two students enrolled in school. Some monies will be set aside for scholarships for both new students and current students, however NO MONEY given through this fundraiser nor any other fund raiser is “tied” to the student raising money or any other specific student.
Can I give money to help with a specific student? Yes, but not through a fundraiser. Feel free to contact the office for specific “tagged donations.” 936-274-4822
Why do I need to list the student name in whom approached me for sponsorship? This simply helps the school track which students participated in the Fund Raiser.
Is my donation tax deductible? Yes! TAPS is 501-c3 organization.
I can’t sponsor but want to help, what can I do? PRAY, we covet your prayers! This is the most important thing any of us can do. Pray that God would give us his wisdom and knowledge in following the plan he has set before us.
